Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email store@ennybaba.com. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions and confirm any applicable return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
