Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons.

Eligible for Refund:

Items that arrive damaged or defective
Items that are unopened and unused in original packaging within 14 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Refund:

Opened or used skincare or beauty products
Items returned without original packaging
Sale or discounted items

How to Request a Refund: Email us at store@ennybaba.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
